At Gem Sports, we are dedicated to delivering your orders promptly and securely. We offer Free Shipping on Orders Above $150 Australia Wide.
(*Most orders over $150.00 qualify for free postage. Some exceptions apply on items like shuttlecocks, tennis balls).
We primarily use Australia Post and StarTrack for our deliveries, ensuring a reliable and efficient shipping experience.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery approximately 2-8 business days* from dispatch (Tracking included).
- *Please note: All delivery time frames are based on Business Days. We do not post any orders on weekends or public holidays.
- A longer delivery time may apply for NT, TAS, WA, and some regional/remote locations. Gem Sports cannot guarantee delivery times as they are subject to carrier policies and conditions.
*Pre-Order Shipping
If a product is currently out of stock, it will be clearly indicated on the product page on our website. Pre-ordered products will be delivered in approximately 20 business days.Â
Order Processing and Dispatch

- *Please allow an extra 24 hours if your badminton racquet is getting strung.
- During busy periods, there may be a slight delay in dispatch. We will notify you by email if this occurs.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Order confirmation is emailed automatically upon successful order placement.
Shipping confirmation with tracking info is emailed once your order has been dispatched.
- If you do not receive timely order or shipment confirmations, please check your email's junk/spam/promotions folders.
- Please add our email address:Â info@gemsports.com.au, to your "safe sender list" to ensure you receive all our emails.
Re-shipping
A re-shipping fee applies to parcels returned to Gem Sports. Re-shipping situations may occur if:
- There was an ordering error from the customer’s behalf and the customer requests the parcel to be retracted before delivery.
- If carriers failed to deliver due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer.
- If the customer does not pick up the parcel from the local post office (in cases where the customer was not home during delivery) and the parcel is eventually returned to us.
Non-Signature Delivery and Lost Orders
- For orders marked as "Delivered - Left in a safe place," we will consider the package as arrived once it is left in the designated safe place.
- In the event a package is lost after being marked as "Delivered - Left in a safe place," we cannot be held responsible unless confirmed by Australia Post that the loss was due to their actions.
- If you believe your package has been lost, we recommend contacting the local police and the shipping carrier for updates and assistance.
Important Notice for Shuttlecock Orders
Please place a separate order for shuttlecocks. Do not combine them with other items in the same order, as this will incur additional shipping fees.
Additional Information
- Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address, as parcels returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
- A $25 handling fee will be charged on orders under $150.
- International shipping is not currently available.
