The use of nano-scale resin material adding technology can make Nano fine particles evenly distributed in the gaps between carbon fiber bundles, increasing the overall rigidity and strength of the carbon fiber composite material and reducing frame deformation.
Bio-Carbon Fiber is a high-performance, cutting-edge carbon fiber composite material developed using the chemical technology that Mitsubishi Rayon of Japan is good at. The polymer material taken from military propeller blades and carbon fiber form a sandwich structure. The material is minimized but can meet the strict standards of stability, feel and accuracy.
By arranging and reorganizing the different racket frame structural features and performing computer simulation calculations, we achieve an optimized setting that suits the hitting feel, racket characteristics and sports performance.
Computer simulation is used to create a new grip form, and injection molding technology is used to create freedom of swing in the middle shaft, increase the smoothness of the swing, and enhance the comfort of the hand feel.
